Guido Virgili

Guido Virgili is the President of Kolter Financial Services and is responsible for overseeing all aspects of K Title Company, CTC Mortgage Company and First Property Insurance.

Guido started his career in the commercial banking sector and has extensive experience with commercial mortgages and residential construction finance. He joined Kolter in 2003 as the Director of Finance and was promoted to President of Kolter Financial Services in 2009.

Guido graduated from York University in Toronto with an Honors BA. He also received a CFA designation from the CFA Institute in 2002.
