Eric Wilcox serves as Senior Vice President, where he leads strategic growth initiatives and oversees the expansion of the company's loan origination platform. In this role, Eric is responsible for managing and supporting the origination, operations and closing departments. In addition he is responsible for cultivating and maintaining investor and lending partner relationships, and guiding marketing and recruiting efforts to strengthen market presence and long-term performance.

With experience in the mortgage industry dating back to 2005, Eric brings a comprehensive, end‑to‑end understanding of the mortgage lifecycle. His background spans origination, correspondent lending, and extensive hands‑on experience in loan servicing, including loss mitigation, foreclosure prevention, and litigation support.

Eric's diverse experience allows him to bridge operational insight with strategic growth, ensuring that lending solutions are competitive, compliant, and aligned with both borrower and partner needs. He is known for his process‑driven approach, collaborative leadership style, and ability to build durable relationships across all facets of the mortgage industry.

Eric earned his Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Western Carolina University and later completed his Master of Business Administration at Lynn University, further strengthening his expertise in strategic management, financial analysis, and organizational leadership.
